KARITMA OY

Karitma ltd. is an indipendent importer and specialized in importing and wholesale of high quality laminate fl ooring, veneered fl ooring, cork and linoleum fl ooring, prefi nished vinylfl oors and textiles. Our suppliers are Kronoswiss, Kronotex, Golvabia, Tilo and LoboFloors.

Logistic superiority

Our warehouse is located in the logistic center of Finland, in the capital city Helsinki. There are appx. 400 pallets in our warehouse, which equals one tenth of our yearly volyme, which is some 400.000 m2. Our warehouse is operated by the leading logistic and transportation company, Transpoint ltd, which is a subsidiary to the State Rail. All deliveries are sent on the day of the customers order and delivered within 24 hours – to almost all destinations in Finland. Most of the orders are delivered straight to the building sites or to consumers.

Established distribution network

Karitma ltd. has in 9 years created a network of retailers covering the whole country – there are some 250 active retailers and areal wholesalers. Clientele is not limited to any particular central corporation – Karitma ltd. has been able to create successful co-operation with diverse types of clients. Karitma ltd. provides retailers with sample racks, brochures, installation instructions and other forms of support for sales effort.

Organisation

Sales on the fi eld is operated by areal representatives which are in constant contact with retailers and other important customer groups such as architects and designers in their responsible area. Customer service, distribution control, purchases, marketing and supplier contacts are handled by sales offi ce in Helsinki

Sales

Our estimated sales for 2011 is 4,3 million euros. Karitma ltd. is one of the leading importers of laminate and hard wood fl ooring in Finland with a prominent market share of appx. 10 % and growing with the efforts planned for year 2012.
